AgentPulse

The three questions agents ask

How it works, what you customize, and where the words come from

Short answers, no jargon. AgentPulse keeps every buyer and seller you are working with feeling looked after, without you writing five updates on a Sunday night.

No credit card. Setup takes about ten minutes.

How does it work?

Five steps, and you only ever do two of them.

  1. 1. You add your buyers and sellers

A name, a phone or email, and whether they are buying or selling. A few seconds each. Or send them your intake link and they fill it in themselves.

  2. 2. AgentPulse watches the clock on each one

It tracks how long since that client last heard from you. Green means recent, yellow means due soon, red means they have gone quiet.

  3. 3. It drafts the update for the ones who need it

A short, human weekly note for that specific client, built from what is actually happening with them.

  4. 4. You read it, change anything, and press send

Nothing reaches a client on its own, ever. The draft is yours to rewrite, shorten, or throw away.

  5. 5. The client gets it, and their own portal

The update arrives as an email from you, and lands in a private portal where they can see their status, rate the update, and send you files. No app, no password.

Your part is ten minutes a week. Read the drafts waiting for you, fix anything that is off, press send.

How do you customize it?

It should read like you wrote it, because in the end you did.

Your name, brokerage and logo

They appear on every update, every intake form, and every client portal. Set them once in Settings.

Your weekly market notes

A few lines in your own words about inventory, pricing and rates. Every draft that week is built on top of them, which is what makes the updates sound local.

The market area, per client

Set the ZIP code you work in, and give any client shopping somewhere else their own. The numbers in their update follow their area.

A library of ready-made messages

Quiet week check-ins, pricing conversations, inspection results, closing notes. Pick one, it fills in their name, you edit and send.

Every draft, fully editable

Rewrite as much or as little as you like. Over time you can simply keep your own wording and let AgentPulse handle the timing.

Email always, texts only if they opt in

Clients turn text updates on themselves from their portal. You cannot switch it on for them, which keeps you on the right side of the rules.

Where does the content come from?

Three sources, all of them real. Nothing is pulled out of thin air.

1

What is happening with that client

Showings, feedback, offers, price conversations, new matches: whatever you have logged on them, plus how long since your last real contact. This is the backbone of every update.

2

Your own market notes

Your read on the local market that week, in your words. The draft leans on these rather than inventing a market opinion for you.

3

Public housing data for their area

Typical home value and typical rent for their ZIP code, with the change from a year ago. The numbers come from Zillow Research, the free housing data most agents already quote. A draft may use at most one of them, in plain rounded words, and only when it actually helps that client decide something.

Where the numbers come from

  • Zillow Research. The typical home value and typical rent we show come from Zillow's free public housing data, the same datasets most agents, lenders and reporters already quote.
  • Not your MLS. AgentPulse does not connect to any MLS and never pulls listing, sold or comp data. The market numbers are Zillow Research only, and everything else in a draft comes from you.
  • Coverage. Home values for over 26,000 ZIP codes and rents for over 8,400. If a ZIP has no data, we show nothing rather than borrow a number from a neighboring area.
  • Freshness. Refreshed monthly, currently through August 2026, and the month is always printed beside the numbers.
  • Check it yourself. The raw files are free at zillow.com/research/data. Every draft also carries a Where this came from list, so you can see each input and its date before you approve.

What it will never do

  • It will not tell a seller what their specific home is worth. Area-wide typical values are not an appraisal, and the drafts say so.
  • It will not invent a showing, an offer, or a piece of feedback. If nothing happened, the update says the week was quiet and tells them what you are doing about it.
  • It will not send anything, to anyone, before you have read it.
