Who we are

AgentPulse is a client-communication tool for real estate agents. It helps agents keep buyers and sellers informed with regular updates. You can reach us at support@agentpulse.biz.

Information we collect

• Agent account data: name, email, brokerage, logo, and billing details processed by our payment provider.
• Client data you enter: the names, emails, phone numbers, property or search details, and notes you or your clients submit through intake forms.
• Communication records: updates sent, contact logs, and client ratings or feedback.
• Usage data: basic log and device information needed to operate and secure the service.

How we use information

We use information to run your account, generate draft updates for your approval, deliver emails and text messages you approve, show your clients their private update portal, provide support, and bill your subscription. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your client lists for advertising.

Service providers

We share only what is necessary with providers that host our database, send email and SMS, process payments, and generate draft text. Each provider is bound by contract to use the data only to deliver its service to us.

Client messaging and consent

Emails and text messages are only sent after you approve them. Text messages require the client's own opt-in, and every client can reply STOP to end texts or ask you to remove them entirely. Client portals are reachable only through a private link.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete individual clients at any time from your dashboard. Email us to close your account and we will delete your workspace data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing support@agentpulse.biz. If you are an agent using AgentPulse, you are responsible for having the right to contact the clients you add.

Security

Access is protected by authenticated accounts and row-level database rules so agents can only see their own workspace. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Changes

If we make a material change to this policy, we will update the date above and notify account holders by email.
