Agreement

By creating an AgentPulse account you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a brokerage or team, you confirm you are authorized to do so.

What AgentPulse provides

AgentPulse is a software tool that tracks how recently you have contacted each buyer and seller, drafts update messages for your approval, and delivers approved updates by email or text. AgentPulse is not a brokerage, does not give legal, tax, or real estate advice, and does not guarantee any transaction outcome.

Trial and subscriptions

• New accounts include a 14-day free trial with no card required, followed by a short grace period.
• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until canceled. Team plans are billed per agent seat.
• Founding Agent pricing stays at the rate shown at signup for as long as the subscription remains active without interruption.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing page. Access continues through the end of the paid period.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of every message you approve and send, including property and market statements.
• You must have permission to contact the clients you add, and must honor opt-out requests promptly.
• You must comply with applicable real estate advertising, email, and text messaging rules, and with your brokerage's policies.
• Keep your login credentials secure and do not share seats outside your team.

Drafted content

AgentPulse generates suggested wording. Drafts may be incomplete or inaccurate, and nothing is sent without your explicit approval. You remain the author of anything delivered to your clients.

Acceptable use

Do not use AgentPulse for unsolicited bulk messaging, purchased lead lists you have no consent to contact, unlawful or misleading content, or attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted delivery of every message. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months.

Termination

You may stop using AgentPulse at any time. We may suspend or end access for non-payment or violations of these terms. On termination you can request an export of your client data.
